I just returned from a trip from Missouri to Virginia and back using Mobil and Exxon gas and my Plenti card.Received a promotion e-mail from Plenti and went to my account on their site to check my points balance.

ZERO! Called and spoke to Javier in -- wait for it-- "customer service" Bwaaaaahahahaaaa! The number in their file is NOT the number on my card. Javier says I don't have the right card or I am reading it to him incorrectly.

I have been defrauded out of points for purchases made over the past year. I am going to complain to Mobil in hopes they will at least apologize.They need to sever any ties with Plenti. Plenti's website shows I have a completely different card number.

I wonder if my Plenti account has been hacked and my points stolen.BEWARE OF PLENTI!
