I registered for directv thru the marketplace in April. I followed all procedures and qualifications (paperless billing, autopsy, linked att/ plenti, etc)...
no points pended. Called them; they said wait 45 days to clear. 45 days, no points; filed dispute.
7-10 days on dispute, now no points given... said no transaction occurred with att; however, I even forwarded them the email confirmation from att, appointment schedule, confirmation, etc .
