My account is still missing 1200 points on the HULU offers since July 6. Plenti customer service told me they would fix it, THAT WAS A MONTH AGO HULU customer service did a better job at answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of the problem when I called, but the points thing is out of their hands and they told me I did everything right.

I feel so ripped off and disrespected.

I've called and emailed customer support more then 6 times still the same EMPTY promises to fix it and still it never happens. Plenti does not care about their customers, a company that cares about its customers doesn't take this long to fix a problem now July 27.

I liked: Shopping and earning points.

I didn't like: Customer service lying and not doing their job.
